These images were originally photographed as documentation for some models in Design 4. The models are made of paper rolled into cones and layered in various arrangements. They were intended to represent the relationship between the earth and the sky and to play on the idea of portals between spaces, but don't read too much into them. (These images have not been photoshoped.)
